We typically ship within 3 - 5 days, however some items may take up to 6 weeks for delivery, depending upon the item ordered and the shipping destination. Back orders will be filled within 3 weeks or you will be notified if the merchandise will take longer to ship. We will notify you immediately if the merchandise is not available.
We can ship Canada Post, UPS, FEDEX, and PUROLATOR, freight collect, or on your account. Please specify which carrier you would like your merchandise shipped. Additional freight charges may apply when shipped by various carriers.

Canadian Customers
All Canadian orders will be shipped Canada Post, expedited with a 3 - 5 day delivery. Please specify if you would like your orders shipped Canada Post express, or UPS, Purolator or Fedex. Additional freight charges may apply for faster delivery.
Canadian Returns
If the merchandise is not suitable and needs to be returned for exchange or credit, please ship the package to Legs Plus & Bra Boutique by a carrier of your choice at your expense.
Please contact us if you wish alternate arrangements.

US Customers
Duty and Taxes may be extra and will be billed to you separately by the customs broker clearing the package. There will be duty, taxes, brokerage & disbursement fees on all orders over $200.00 U.S. You are responsible for this charge whether or not you accept the order. If you refuse the order we have the right to charge your credit card for the amounts incurred by U.S. Customs for processing and clearing your package.
All U.S. orders will be shipped UPS Standard or International Express Canada Post with a 3 - 5 day delivery, pending customs clearance. Please specify if you would like your orders shipped UPS overnight express or a carrier of your choice. Additional freight charges may apply for faster delivery.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your cost in US Dollars will be calculated by your credit card provider based on their current rate of exchange.
US Returns
If the merchandise is not suitable and needs to be returned for exchange or credit, please ship all items back to Canada as "EXPRESS SERVICE" by a courier of your choice at your expense. If shipments are sent back without using an express service, we have the right to charge your credit card for any duty, taxes, disbursement & brokerage fees incurred by Legs Plus for processing & clearing the package through Canada Customs.
It is necessary to write on the outside of the package "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED". If this is not written on the outside of the package, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR DUTY, TAXES, DISBURSEMENT & BROKERAGE FEES, for customs clearance back to Canada.
Please fill out the cost of the merchandise as "CANADIAN FUNDS". If you fill in the amount as U.S. funds, we have the right to charge your credit card for any duty, taxes, disbursement & brokerage fees incurred by Legs Plus in order to clear your package because of this error.
If the order needs to be returned to Legs Plus & Bra Boutique because Legs Plus Inc. has made an error in order processing than we will be responsible for these charges.
